REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Welcome to Pixcision Stock. Because our store offers two distinct types of products—Instantly Downloadable Digital Media and Custom Physical Print-On-Demand Merchandise—our refund and return rules are split into two categories below. Please review the policy applicable to your purchase type.

PART A: DIGITAL MEDIA DOWNLOADS (IMAGES & VIDEOS)

Because Pixcision Stock provides instantly downloadable digital media (images and videos), all sales are generally considered final. Once a digital file has been downloaded, it cannot be "returned" or undone.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy regarding refunds, exchanges, and technical issues below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds (Digital)

We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following specific circumstances:

• Technical Defects: If the downloaded file is corrupted, damaged, or significantly defective, and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team.

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the exact same media file twice in error.

• Non-Downloaded Media: If you purchased a file but have not yet initiated or completed the download, you may request a refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

2. How to Request a Refund (Digital)

To request a review for a refund, please contact us at hello@pixcision.co.uk within 14 days of your purchase. To help us process your request quickly, please include:

• Your order number and date of purchase

• The email address associated with the purchase

• The specific asset ID/filename

• A brief explanation of the issue (including screenshots if you are experiencing a technical defect)

3. European Union & UK Digital Content Rights

If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, under consumer protection laws, the 14-day statutory cooling-off period for digital content expires the moment you begin downloading or streaming the digital media, provided you gave your explicit consent to start the download immediately upon purchase. If you have not yet downloaded the media, you retain your 14-day right to cancel.

4. Processing Refunds & Revocation of License

If your digital refund request is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Revocation of License: Upon approval of a refund, your license to use the specific media file is immediately terminated. You must delete any downloaded copies of the file and cease using it in any projects, publications, or campaigns.

PART B: PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE (PRINT-ON-DEMAND)

All physical items (such as clothing, posters, canvases, and mugs) are custom-printed and manufactured uniquely for you upon order via our print fulfillment partners (Gelato).

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your physical product arrives damaged during transit, contains a manufacturing defect, or features a severe printing/color error, we will provide a 100% free replacement or a full refund.

• You do not need to ship the faulty product back to us.

• To claim a replacement or refund for a damaged item, please email us at hello@pixcision.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage or defect.

2. Change of Mind, Incorrect Size, or Address Errors

Because each physical item is custom-made on demand immediately after your order is placed, we cannot accept returns, modifications, or refunds for changes of mind, ordering the incorrect size, or inputting an incorrect shipping address. Please carefully review sizing charts provided on the product pages and verify your shipping details at checkout before finalizing your purchase.

3. Processing Refunds (Physical)

Approved refunds for damaged physical items will be processed automatically back to your original payment method. Most refunds appear on your statement within 5 to 10 business days.
